DETAILED ITINERARY:
Day 1: ARRIVAL IN LIMA
Upon your arrival at Lima´s Jorge Chávez International Airport, our staff will receive you with a warm welcome to Peru. Then, we´ll transfer you, in a private vehicle, to your hotel, where you´ll have a chance to rest at will.

Day 2: KNOWING THE CAPITAL OF PERU AND ITS GASTRONOMY
Today, we´ll pick you up at your hotel, and will take you around, in a private vehicle, to visit the city of Lima, starting by the modern districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. Then, we´ll visit Lima´s Historical Center, declared as a World Heritage Site, by the UNESCO, in 1988.
For lunch, we´ll enjoy the “La Rosa Náutica” Restaurant´s exceptional surroundings, as well as its panoramic view towards the Pacific Ocean, and exquisite dishes.
In the afternoon, we´ll visit the Larco Herrera Museum, with its impressive and numerous pre-Columbian collections. Exceptionally, you will get to visit the museum´s reserve deposits, where around 46,000 objects, not exhibited to the general public, are kept.
Afterwards, we´ll go to the Bolívar Restaurant, to enjoy a typical Pisco Sour; Peru´s National Drink.
At dusk, we´ll visit the Water´s Magical Circuit, thus ending the day, in Lima, with an unforgettable touch of magic and enchantment.
Finally, dinner will be served, at your hotel´s restaurant, and will be followed by an excellent night of well-deserved rest.

Day 3: FROM LIMA TO SACRED VALLEY .
Early, we´ll pick you up at your hotel, to transfer you to Lima´s airport, where a member of our staff will help you with check-in procedures, and will accompany you until you get into the security area, before boarding your flight to Cusco.
Upon your arrival in Cusco, our staff will welcome you to the Incas´ Imperial Capital City, and will assist you with your luggage. Then, a private vehicle will take you, together with your guide, to the Incas´ Sacred Valley.
En route, you will have a chance to sight archaeological complexes, such as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay, situated on the city of Cusco´s outskirts. Once in the Sacred Valley, you´ll go by localities like Pisaq, Coya, Lamay and Calca, before getting to Urubamba, where you´ll have dinner and will spend the night at the Tambo del Inca Hotel.

Day 4: CHINCHERO EXPERIENCE AND SALT MINES
After breakfast, at your hotel, our private vehicle will pick you up, with a guide on board, to go up to the high-plateau´s locality of Chinchero, where you will have the opportunity to witness a traditional Andean weaving demonstration and, if you wish it so, to acquire some authentic pieces, elaborated by local women weavers.
Afterwards, we´ll move on towards the famous “Salineras” of Maras that are open-air mineral salt mines, traditionally exploited by local families, since Incan times. This is a compound of over 3,000 small and shallow pools, through which salt water runs, and in which that salt gets deposited.
Finally, we´ll visit Moray´s Great Incan Agricultural Laboratory, made-up of huge natural craters the Incas took advantage of, by building circular concentric benched terraces, inside them, to grow numerous plant species proceeding from different parts of their vast territory.
Once back in the Incas´ Sacred Valley, we´ll enjoy a delicious buffet-lunch, at the Tunupa Quinta Restaurant, nearby Urubamba. In the afternoon, you will have free time to rest, enjoy a digestive walk, on your own, or chat with other guests, at your hotel, where dinner will be served.

Day 5: VISIT MACHU PICHU ON HIRAM BINGHAM
Today is this program´s main day. First, a private vehicle will pick you up at your hotel´s door, and will take you to the “Last Living Incan Village” of Ollantaytambo, where you and your guide will board the “Hiram Bingham” Luxury Train, to travel to the pedestrian village of Machupicchu Pueblo (Ex Aguas Calientes).
Upon your arrival, a tourism bus will take you, together with your guide, to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge Hotel, where you will share a cup of tea, before going on the so-longed-for guided visit of the Incan Sacred City that will last between two and a half, and three hours.
Afterwards, both will get back to the village and, at the indicated time, you will board the Hiram Bingham Train bound to the city of Cusco, with dinner, live music, fashion show and bar on board. Arriving at Poroy´s Railway Station, a private vehicle will transfer you to your hotel, in the Imperial City´s Historical Center.

Day 6: TOURING CUSCO THE CITY OF THE INCAS
At the indicated time, your guide will pick you up at your hotel, and will take you on a visit, on foot, around the Historical Center of the Incas´ Ancient Capital City, then, the Vice-Kingdom´s Capital City and, presently, Historical Capital City of Peru.
At noon, you will have lunch at the Pirwa Restaurant, before leaving the city center, aboard a private vehicle, to go up to Sacsayhuaman´s Archaeological Park, where your guide will give you a complete visit of the Incan Qosqo´s Four Architectural Wonders, which are the Ceremonial Complex of Sacsayhuaman, Ceremonial Compound of Q´enqo, that of Tambomachay, and the Fortified Checkpoint of Puca Pucara.
At dusk, our private vehicle will take you back to your hotel, for a quick resfresh, before going out for a special dinner, at a restaurant with view over Cusco´s Main Square, fully lit-up.

Day 7: ANDEAN EXPLORER TRAIN TO PUNO
At the indicated time, our private vehicle and your guide will be in front of your hotel, and will take you to the railway station, to board the luxury Andean Explorer Train which is the Andean equivalent of the Orient Express. Then, the trip to Puno will be a succession of unforgettable enchantments and delights that will mark that memorable day, spent sliding onto rails, through the Peruvian Andes and High Plateaus.
Upon your arrival in Puno, our staff will receive you with a warm welcome, and a private vehicle will take you to the Puno Libertador Hotel, where you will be able to rest, have dinner and spend the night.

Day 8: SAILING THE HIGHEST LAKE IN THE WORLD
Today will be yet another magical day, spent on the mysterious waters of the Titicaca; the world´s highest navigable lake, visiting the Uros´ Floating Islands and Taquile Island, with a midday pause, to have a picnic-lunch aboard our fast boat.
In the afternoon, we´ll return to Puno´s Port, where you´ll have some free time to stroll about on your own, or with your guide, along the lake´s shores, or around the town´s center. Finally, dinner will be served in the hotel´s restaurant.
Libertador Lago Titicaca

Day 9: BACK HOME.
After breakfast, our private vehicle and guide will pick you up at the Puno Libertador Hotel, to take you to Juliaca´s airport. On the way, there will be a stopover, for a guided visit of Sillustani´s Chullpas. Then, you´ll go on, ´till you get to Juliaca.
At the airport, our staff will help you with your luggage registry formalities, and will accompany you, until it´s time for you to board your flight to Lima, giving you a warm farewell, with a symbolic gift from the whole Worldwide Exotic Adventures´ team.
